Mobilised on 17th July 1916.

Died 22nd November 1918. Aged 23.

Buried at Scapegoat Hill Baptist Churchyard. Section 1. Grave 25.

Simeon was admitted to hospital on the 16th November before transferred to West General Hospital in Manchester where he died of Influenza and pneumonia. He is buried in Scapegoat Hill Baptist Church graveyard.
